12/25/2011 by John Dubois - What's happening over the winter;

The most important thing that happens in the off season is the Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is where the board of directors presents the details of the club's operation over the past years, including the club's financial status. The new board of directors is also elected to guide the club through 2012. All the committees are cleared and the registration system is shut down until the new board determines the membership fees for 2012 and the new membership forms are created. The board is already working on the race schedule for 2012, and the old schedule and scores will be removed. The new registration opens at 3:00 AM on March 1, at that time you can select your bike number on the Web site. If there is a contention for bike numbers, the first member to pay get it.

You can view the promotions from the Fall series here. Since this is the first year for the Junior A, B, and C skill levels, we tried to re-balance those classes to help with the crowding we had that required us to split the classes on some days.
